3rd floor addition. Adding another floor to a home is a great way to gain space without sacrificing precious lot coverage. The owners of our Beaconsfield Village House asked for an open concept and multi functional space on the 3rd floor.

We created an airy and light flooded space by introducing strategically placed skylights and a bi-fold door system opening the room to a south/west facing balcony. A concealed HVAC system with custom air registers and integrated storage emphasizes the minimalist aesthetics of the space.
